I’ve cried myself to sleep every night this week. I don’t know what to do.
| Sarah: | I drew these stick people to represent my friends. Which one would you like to be? |
| Me: | The one under the water...because then I would be dead. |

It’s warm here on the border of Kentucky. I nearly died of a heat stroke in all my layers assuming it was cold and trying to trek up the three flights of stairs to hide in a cubby hole so I could actually get my homework done [Ha]. I love that the window to my right shows the immense fog outside. Hanover is always eerily foggy anytime it rains…I think it is because we are right on the river. I love that the books are behind me and it smells like books that haven’t been checked out for years. I love that I am sitting here in my rain boots and tank top and that it’s warm and cozy. I enjoy that if I do see another soul here that I probably know them because I go to the smallest school ever. I love this feeling of home and Jack Johnson singing to me while doing homework. I love being content.
It still hasn’t hit me that Theta is home. I walk around the house and it is so comfy and feels like home and I love it but I hate feeling like a creeper in the hallways! I can’t wait to have my own key.

Remembering #Jan25: Days of Rage and Dignity. The Egyptian revolution really isn’t over, but the eighteen days of rallying and demonstrating across Egypt starting on 25 January 2011 that ultimately ousted longtime dictator Mubarak deserve an incredible amount of celebration.
Here is a photographic retrospective of those eighteen days, shot by some of the best. I will never fail to be blown away by the images of the demonstrations in Tahrir.
